Fantastic three bedroom villa with beautiful private pool. This brand new two storey villa o­n an exclusive estate of individually designed villas is available to rent for the first time this year.

Villa Sam Miguel is a spacious two storey house with a large private pool.  Walking into the garden you are met with a wonderful array of mediterranean plants.  At the rear of the property is the pool with a fully tiled patio area complete with patio furniture and sunloungers for your comfort.  To the side of the property there is an excellent terrace area  where the gas barbeque is situated.

Inside the villa there is a spacious lounge with a corner sofa which makes into an additional guest bed should it be required.  There is a circular dining table and dining chairs if you wish to eat inside the villa  and a TV with satellite and  DVD player.  Going through to the kitchen - which is a good size - you will find a  halogen hob with extractor and full size oven.  There is an integrated fridge/freezer and a microwave.  The kitchen is well equipped with toaster, kettle etc.

From the kitchen you enter the hallway which leads to the first of the bathrooms.  This is a good size bathroom with bidet, w.c., washbasin and bath with shower.  Also downstairs there are two twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes.  Also in the hallway there is an understairs cupboard which houses the washing machine and boiler.

Climbing up the marble staircase you come to an excellent sized master bedroom with ensuite shower room.  This houses twin washbasins and a corner cubicle shower unit.  From the bedroom there is an outside door which leads o­nto the patio and solarium area which is south facing and has a shaded area with wonderful views of the sea and mountains.  Sunbeds are also provided here for your use.

Although this villa does not have air conditioning at present, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms and by opening the windows and doors there is a constant flow of cooling breezes wafting through the villa.
