A truly beautiful villa situated in the lovely coastal resort of San Juan de los Terreros with uninterupted views of the sea and surrounding mountain range.
Although the villa has three bedrooms, the accommodation is only equipped for up to four adults or a family of 2 adults and maximum of three children and the rental prices are tailored accordingly.
Prices range from 400 euros to 990 euros per week depending on season and are fully inclusive except for electricity which is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.
Ground floor boasts comfortable lounge with satellite TV, hi fi radio and videa player. Patio doors open onto a rear terrace/balcony with views overlooking the private pool and BBQ area.
Modern well equipped kitchen houses oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and mocrowave.
Two bedrooms one with king size bed and other with twin beds are also situated on the ground floor of the property together with a separate shower room, toilet and wash handbasin.
A winding marble staircase leads to the master bedroom with king size bed and large bathroom ensuite. This bedroom has its own balcony through patio doors complete with patio set and parasol.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and also have ceiling fans included.
A safe is available for guests to use during their stay.

For the Golf enthusiast there are three excellent courses all within a 30min drive of the villa. Also we are awaiting the imminent opening of the new Mundo Aguilon golf course which is only 5km from the villa.
