Beautiful three bedroom villa with private pool.  This villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the beautiful coastal resort of San Juan de los Terreros.

It comprises of a large lounge/dining area leading through patio doors o­nto a large terrace with private swimming pool in mature walled gardens with intercom access and off road parking.

There is a well equipped modern kitchen including oven with hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. 

There are three good sized bedrooms all o­n ground floor level - 1 double bedded room and two twin bedded rooms, all have fitted wardrobes.  The double bedroom has patio doors leading to a secluded bathing area at the rear.  o­ne bathroom has a corner bath/shower and an additional large shower room with vanity unit and twin washbasins.

The rooftop solarium boasts beautiful sea and mountain views and is o­nly a level ten minutes walk to the lovely safe sandy beaches of San Juan de los Terreros and all the amenities the village has to offer.

Home comforts for long and short term rentals include satellite tv, DVD player and playstation.

Prices range from 450 euros low season - 1100 euros high season.

All bed linen and towels are included in the above costs.  The o­nly extra to pay for is the electricity which is read at the meter  o­n arrival and paid for before you depart.

Children are very welcome.
