Luxurious two bedroom apartment with fantastic sea and mountain views available for rent for the first time this year.

This apartment sleeps a maximum of four adults and o­ne child.

Walking down a small flight of stairs you come to a mediterranean courtyard filled with exotic cactii and plants and sunken lights.  This is a fantastic place to sit and gaze out to sea with a cool glass of wine!  There is a tiled seating area for you to contemplate the hours away.  Also for your enjoyment there is an awning to pull out should the sun be too much for you!  Provided in this courtyard area is a patio set and parasol. 

You now approach the door of the apartment and opening the door you are straight into the lounge area that has a wonderful Spanish feel to it!  There are beautiful furnishings for your comfort and the lounge area has patio doors opening o­nto a wonderful sunny terrace with breathtaking views of the mediterranean, this area is complete with patio furniture also.  Walking back into the lounge you come to an additional seating area with TV, DVD, video and sofa.  There are a good selection of DVDs and videos for your enjoyment provided by the owners.  From the TV area you go through additional patio doors where there is an extra seating area built into the wall with cushions overlooking the beautiful mediterranean sea below and the amazing views of San Juan de los Terreros.

Going back into the apartment you come into the kitchen area with small breakfast bar and bar stools.  The well equipped kitchen has numerous cupboards and drawers and oven/hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything you would require in a modern kitchen.

Down the hallway there is a large bathroom with vanity unit, bidet, w.c. and bath/shower.  Turning right off the hallway you come to a good sized twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space and to the left of this room is an additional room housing the chair bed which is suitable for a child and a vanity unit with washbasin and built in cupboards with the washing machine and water heater enclosed.  There is a ceiling fan in this room and all other rooms of the apartment along with full air conditioning with hot/cold air.  Accross the hallway is the Master bedroom with twin beds and mirrored fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom with w.c., bidet and walk in shower.

A stay in this apartment would be most memorable especially for the fantastic views from all the terraces and balconies.
