The apartment is located just a 10 minute walk from the beaches, bars, restaurants and facilities of the wonderful, traditional village Isla Plana and is approximately a 10 minute drive to the lovely town of Puerto de Mazarron with it's laid back vibe, wide and varied amenities and it's very attractive Marina centre.
The apartment consists of an open plan living room diner with modern furniture and plenty of seating for 4 people. This area is equipped with every luxury including a TV with a built in DVD player. The kitchen comes complete with washing machine, oven hob and extractor, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster as well as all crockery and cutlery.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one is a double bedroom and the other a twin bedroom featuring 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps and built in wardrobes, but to top it all off both have wonderful sea views. Please note that all bed linen and inside towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
There is one family bathroom at the apartment and this features a large shower cubicle, a sink and a toilet.
Outside the apartment has a good size terrace with table and chairs for outside dining, which is a must in the summer. Here you can enjoy spectacular views over the village of Isla Plana, across the bay to the picturesque villa of La Azohia, distant mountains and out across the endless blue Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment boasts internet access and this is available for a small additional charge (paid locally). Air conditioning is also available and this operates on a card meter system. Suitable credit cards must be purchased from ourselves before the air conditioning can be used.
A 20% deposit will secure your booking with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your arrival.
Please note that upon arrival at the apartment for your holiday we require a cash security deposit of €150 to be paid. This is refunded in full subject to a satisfactory and on time departure. Also due is cash €55 for the apartment clean.
