For the perfect Spanish seaside holiday where better too recharge your batteries than this fabulous Mojon Hills apartment. It really does offer a wonderful retreat for those who seek relaxation in luxury as well as the opportunity for a bit of activity should the mood call.
The apartment itself is light and spacious and all rooms are furnished in a contemporary style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest equipment which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven and hob and a large fridge freezer. To complete the home from home experience there is even a filtered water tap.
The open plan living room is a joy to be in and you will love the simple luxury that is on offer here. For your use there is a flat screen TV, DVD player and also a Hi-Fi system with a decent set of speakers.
The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom one, the master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and of course 2 bedside tables with lamps. Patio doors offer direct access to the south facing patio where simply stunning sea views are on offer. The second bedroom has a pull out bed which converts to a double bed if required. Both bedrooms have spacious built in wardrobes. Please note that all linen and inside towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the apartment and this has very good connectivity. Don't forget to bring your computer so that you can play games, watch movies or simply just keep in touch with the real World.
The fully tiled family bathroom has a good size shower cubicle, a sink, a toilet. The all-important hairdryer is also here for your use during your stay.
Full air conditioning (both cold and hot air) is available at the apartment. Please note that this operates on through a pre-paid meter system. Air conditioning credit cards must be purchased from ourselves before the air conditioning at the apartment will operate.
Being Spain outside is where you will probably spend the majority of your time and the apartment is complimented by not only the most amazing south facing terrace/balcony but also a sublime lower tiled garden which even comes with its own stunning, easy care garden. On the upper terrace outside dining for 6 people is available. There is also a very comfortable 4 seat rattan style sofa. For shade this can all be covered using the fully retractable awning. On the tiled suntrap lower terrace can be found plenty of space to soak up the Spanish sunshine utilising the sun beds that can be found here. If however this gets too hot then a large parasol is on hand to offer some sun shade if required.
Secure parking is available via the underground garage and this gives almost direct access to the entrance of the apartment.
The electric at the apartment is paid for using a metered system. Please note that pre-paid cards must be purchased from ourselves before the electric can be used!
The apartment is wonderfully located close to the small fishing village of Isla Plana and as such is within easy walking distance to the essentials such as supermarkets, pharmacy, traditional bakery and an ATM machine. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and Isla Plana also has a selection of excellent (and cheap) local bars and restaurants. For small children there is a playground just a minute from the apartment and several more located around the village.
If driving, it takes 5-10 minutes to reach the neighbouring towns of Puerto de Mazarron and Mazarron. Both offer a much larger range of attractions and amenities.
With over 320 sunny days a year Isla Plana offers much to do, nice beaches, nature reserves with hiking biking trails. It also offers one of Europe's best opportunities for scuba diving, snorkeling and whale and dolphin watching. Also nearby are several World class golf courses, wine tasting, local markets and (during the winter months) skiing. The list goes on and on!
A 20% deposit will secure your booking with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before you arrive. Please note that upon arrival at the apartment for your holiday a cash security deposit of €150 is due. This is refunded in full subject to a satisfactory and on time departure. Also due when you arrive is cash €55 for the apartment clean.
