Theses 2 bedroom  2 bathroom town houses are finished to a high standard and come complete with central heating air conditioning sky TV washing machine and dishwasher. From the lounge you look over the communal pool  just steps away. There is a terrace leading from the lounge with outside dining facilities.

Should you want to leave your wonderful surroundings then the old Naval port of Cartagena is just a 20 minute drive where you can stroll round the port area while you look at some of the stunning architecture the city has to offer before choosing which restaurant to have lunch in. Also the cosmopolitan city of Murcia is o­only 40 minutes drive with the cathedral being a stunning building that is well worth a look.

Water parks can be found in Murcia and Torrevieja(25minutes)and there is also a great animal park in Murcia . Transport can be arranged.

Car hire or taxi can be used from San Javier / Murcia Airport (10 mins away) or Alicante Airport ( 1 hr away).
