The first floor MASTER BEDROOM with stunning golf course views has a super king size bed (can be split into twin beds) and has an ENSUITE bath with shower over the bath. Fitted wardrobes.Large ensuite bathroom from the Master bedroom, has bath with shower over. Downstairs toilet also has a shower cubicle.





The 2ND BEDROOM upstairs is twin bedded (can be made into super king sized bed) with balcony over looking the golf course, it has an adjoining bathroom with a large walk in shower. Fitted wardrobes.Separate bathroom on first floor has large walk in shower.





The DOWNSTAIRS 3RD BEDROOM has a single bed with a second pull out single bed underneath making up twin beds.There is a  toilet and showeroom downstairs.



Private pool is 7.5m x 4m there is a shallow end with steps and a deep end. The pool is maintained all year around.
