Beautiful brand new villa available for letting from the first time in July 2007.

Fantastic sea and mountain views.  Watch the sunsets from the rooftop solarium!  This villa is south facing and overlooks the bay of San Juan de los Terreros. 

Two bedrooms - o­ne double bedroom with twin beds and ensuite shower room and second bedroom also with twin beds.  There is a large family bathroom.

Fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances including dishwasher and washing machine.  Ceramic hob and fan assisted oven with extractor fan.  Fully equipped and ready for rental holidays!.

Outside is a large private pool surrounded by artificial grass and numerous mediterranean plants.  There is a large patio set with six chairs and six sunbeds are provided for your use.

The lounge has a double sofa bed sleeping two extra persons if required.  Also in the lounge is an additional sofa and TV with Sky television.  (Please bring your own Sky card if you wish to watch additional channels).

This villa is identical in style to Villa Mawbas but is frontline looking over the bay of San Juan de los Terreros.
