Changeover day



The apartment must be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure later times can be arranged by prior arrangement, arrival time after 3.00pm, again, earlier if availiable.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1, double bed and fitted wardrobes. Air con.



Bedroom 2, twin beds and fitted wardrobes.



Bathrooms:  bath, bidet, shower, sink and WC.



Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with  cooker, hob, fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine.

Living Rooms: 3-seater sofa,  further seats/foot stools,dining table and four chairs, high quality furniture, storage units, CD player, television, fully air conditioned.

Other: Private underground parking and storage.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All bed linen and towels included, please note beach towels are not provided. A deposit of 100 euros is required on key collection with 35 euros refunded on key return, balance of 65 euros for cleaning services.

Notes on accommodation



Air conditioning is dual system for hot and cold. Car hire not essential but advisable. Full lift service to all floors, please note the apartment is non-smoking indoors.

Coast/Beach



Due to the unique position of this apartment, you are within 1 minutes walk of 2 beaches, 1 is on the Mediterranean side of the La Manga Strip, with the Mar Menor opposite. The beaches on the Mar Menor are also known as the healing beaches due to the minerals contained in the mud, people cover their bodies with the mud to aid arthritis and muscle aches and healthy skin. The nearest healing beach is 10 minutes walk and as is beachside restaurant.

Golf



There are the famous la manga club golf courses are within 30-45 minutes, please note there is a 9-hole pitch and putt with driving range within 5 minutes walk.

Travel



Murcia (San Javier) airport is 35-45 mins and hire car or taxi transfer is essential.

Distances



The historic town of Catagena is 30 mins by car and also Murcia town the vibrant capital town is 40 mins by car .

Cabo de Palos  a quaint fishing village where you can sample freshly caught sea food is only 20 minutes by car or bus.

Tomas Maestre Marina is only  5mins by car or 1.05€ from the bus stop outside the apartment, here you have a variety of restaurantes and cuisine of all nationalities, also bars and icecream parlour, shops etc.

The nearest supermarkets are 1 mins walk. There are several select bars and restaurants also within 2 mins walk. The local marina has many bars and restaurants which can be very lively during the summer months.
