Within the Municipality of San Javier, the Mar Menor beach is one of the longest on its shores at 3.3Km in length and 10m width.
It is made up of thick sand, but its calm waters make it a family favourite. There are many watersports that can be practised from this beach with several rental points of windsurfers and sailing boats.
Many services and amenities available close to the beach which make it a busy beach in the summer, but due to its size, can seem spacious most of the time.
