A selection of privately owned apartments, penthouses, townhouses and villas with private pools in the Murcia region of Spain.  All properties are privately owned.

The areas covered are mainly the Polaris World Resorts:

El Valle Golf, La Torre Golf, Mar Menor Golf, Roda Golf, Nueva Ribera Beach Resort, Camposol Golf, Hacienda

All propertiesa are rented o­n a non smoking basis, with £150 booking deposit per week, balance collected 10 weeks before departure, along with a refundable security deposit.  Prices are weekly, except for stays greater than a week are chargeable o­n a daily rate (if not in complete weeks).

All prices include cleaning, towels and linen (except beach towels).  Most include a basic welcome pack too.
