Casa Martino is a delightful two storey villa in its third year of letting on an exclusive new development in the beautiful coastal resort of San Juan de los Terreros. This is the first resort in Costa Almeria after leaving Aguilas on the Costa Calida.

An open plan lounge with dining area leads onto the garden patio area and large tiled terrace surrounding the pool at the rear of the property. The modern well equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
One good sized twin bedded room is located on the ground floor overlooking the pool area. A shower room with handbasin and w.c. is situated next to the bedroom. The sofa bed in the lounge accommodates an additional person.
A winding marble staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor level where a second twin bedroom can be found. The main bedroom has patio doors with a balcony with wonderful sea views. A second bathroom with shower is also on the first floor.
Off road parking is accessible behind locked double gates.
Guests are requested not to smoke in this villa.

The villa is situated within a pleasant 20 minutes walk of the village with bars and restaurants with traditional Spanish cuisine served. Other facilities in the village consist of two well stocked supermarkets, chinese restaurant and a garden centre. Safe sandy beaches and a palm tree promenade make the town a safe and relaxing holiday in this unique and unusual area of Spain.
