All the apartments are well appointed with a high standard of decoration and design. This is a ground floor apartment giving direct access to the communal pool through patio doors to the rear of the property. You have a private patio overlooking the gardens and pool . It is fully equipped with loungers for sunbathing and outside dining facilities.

The apartment has two bathrooms each with shower, and hair dryer.One of the bathrooms has a full size bath. The sitting room area has a TV with UK channels and DVD player. There are a selection of books, DVDs and music CDs provided.

The kitchen is well equipped for self catering, with a microwave, full cooker, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer, and coffee machine.

All apartments have central heating for winter and air-conditioning for the hot summer months.

Only a five minute drive from the resort lies the Mar Menor, a huge lagoon 26km long and 7km wide which is well known for its warm tranquil and salty water, rich in health giving minerals.



Los Alcazares and the Costa Cálida offers a number of blue flag rated beaches. Visitors to the Mar Menor find that there really is something for everyone - from the flat sandy beaches perfect for relaxing in the sun to the pebbled beaches and rocky alcoves ideal for snorkelling.
