A 50 minute drive south-west of Alicante Airport brings you to this delightful gated cave house which enjoys a unique, peaceful and secluded position commanding an elevated unspoiled view down the mountain and across the plain.
Steps lead to a sun terrace above the cave and house giving a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside, a perfect spot for relaxing both in the day and evening. Below is a Spanish courtyard which enjoys the sun for part of the day and giving shade if required.
The private pool (with poolside shower) is in the perfect position to take advantage of the warm sun all day long. Storage space for BBQ and loungers in the poolside cave which could also house a fridge for those cool poolside drinks. Lower gates lead up to a car park behind the pool where parking is easy, private and secure and affords easy access to the house.
A ten minute drive takes you down to the town of Fortuna with shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Fortuna Banos with healing and relaxing waters are close by. The relaxing Archena Spa baths are approx 25 minute drive with the coastal areas approx 45 minutes drive.
The Cave plus House sleeps up to nine people and is complete with air conditioning and heating.
In the Cave: 1 single plus 2 twin bedrooms and WC, shower room, Lounge and Dining room with wood burning stove.
In the House: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, Lounge with wood burning stove, Open plan kitchen equipped with electric cooker, gas hobs and fridge, limited satellite.
