This spacious townhouse offers luxury accommodation. It has 3 good sized bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and separate shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances which include ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a separate utility area which is where the washing machine is located.

This house also offers air conditioning and English TV. The channels on the English TV include BBC1 and 2, ITV, sports channels including Prem Plus, film channels etc. There is a large lounge/dining area and from this area are sliding patio doors which lead onto a large patio area. This patio area is ideal for eating outdoors and sunbathing. The patio area leads onto the grassed pool area. From the patio area you can see the pool and therefore keep an eye on the little ones if needed.

The house is located in the village of Mar de Cristal which is a typically Spanish village. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beaches of the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is a large salt water lagoon ideal of all types of water sports. The Mar Menor also enjoys warm shallow waters and makes a great spot for families, particularly those with smaller children.

The village offers a selection of shops and restaurants which offer typical Spanish tapas as well as other authentic dishes. La Manga club is located a 5 minute drive away and here you can use all the facilities available. There are championship golf courses, tennis, swimming pools and spa facilities which are open all year round.

The Murcia region offers a huge selection of attractions from historic towns and port areas, traditional fiestas, rocky cliffs and endless beaches. This really is a destination for all and with great year round temperatures; this makes a great location all year round.
