This beautifully furnished villa is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, washing machine, satellite TV and hi-fi system. The outside terrace which has an awning providing shade, is equipped with table and chairs. Sun loungers around the pool are also supplied. The villa also comes with ceiling fans in all rooms.
The Country Club is situated 10 minutes from the beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón and Bolunevo. Smaller beaches and sandy coves can be found a little further afield. Mazarrón town is 5 minutes away where you will find shops, banks, medical centre etc. There is also an 18 hole golf course just 5 minutes away with others within a half hour drive. A new activity centre only a few minutes from the Country Club ensures there is something for the athletically minded – from there one can organise paragliding, abseiling, diving etc. etc.
Within the Country Club there are tennis courts and petanca courts. The large community pool with bar is open during the summer months for which there is a small charge for use. Near the community pool is a restaurant/bar which also hosts events throughout the week and has live music at weekends.
Included in this price is a welcome pack and 10 euros worth of electricity per week of airconditioning, once this is used you must purchase more if you require it
