The open plan living dining and kitchen area has comfortable seating for up to 8 people and TV with european channels, air conditioning, DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven hob and extractor, microwave, coffee machine and all crockery and cutlery.

Outside in the private garden there is a stoned seating area and private sun bathing area around the 10x 5 swimming pool.
