The lounge area has a comfy corner suite with more than enough seating for 6 people, wide screen TV with Eurpean channels, DVD player, Airconditioing and ceiling fans with patio door opening up onto the front garden area. The open plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped with all modern appliances incuding washing machine, oven hob extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery and crockery there is a seperate alcove for dining where there is table and chairs for 6 people.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms one master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table with TV the patio doors lead to a balcony and further roof solarium. The other 2 bedrooms have single beds one with bunk beds and one with a pull out bed. The upstairs bathroom has a full bath with overhead shower, WC and sink the downstairs bathroom is a shower room and WC.

There is a large off street parking space for 2 cars with a further private eating/barbecue area leading to the communal pool and gardens.

Low season ( Nov-Feb): 450 euros per week

Mid season(march-may & Sept- Oct): 550 euros per week

High season ( June- Aug): 650 euros per week

The above prices do not include the final cleaning charge of 75 euros
