This stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa is situated on Mazarron country club set on its own plot with a private pool, outside eating area and sun loungers.
The living area has 2 comfortable sofas a modern wide screen TV, DVD player, Satelite European channels and hot and cold airconditioning.
There are 3 bedrooms all with single beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a very large walk in shower with patio doors leading to the pool area. The other family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower facilities.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven hob and extractor fan as well as all cutlery and crockery for your stay. There are bed linen and towels provided for your stay however please provide beach towels.
Low season: (Nov-Feb) 350 euros per week
MId season: (March-May & Sept-Oct) 525 euros per week
High season:(June-Aug) 875 euros per week
There is also an additional charge of 75 euros for the final clean payable on arrival
10Euros per week of Airconditioning is supplied for you but further payments will need to be made if you use more
