The modern american style kitchen has all modern electrical items fridge freezer, oven, hob and extractor, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as all place settings for 6 people.
There are 3 double bedrooms one on the ground floor with the family bathroom and 2 upstairs one with an ensuite bathroom all bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. There is also a large terrace off one of the upstairs bedrooms. The villa comes complete with all bed linen,towels and free standing fans mid week cleans can be arranged at and extra cost should you need it.
Low Season(Nov- Feb): 550 euros per week
Mid season(mar-may &Sept-Oct): 650 euros per week
High season(June-Aug): 750 euros per week
20% deposit is needed to reserve your dates and full payment is expected within 4 weeks of arrival
On arrival a final clean fee of 75 euros is payable as well as a refundable security deposit of 150 euros
