There is an open plan lounge/diner with plenty of seating for 6 people a TV,Dvd player and Uk freesat tv. There is a small balcony off the living room with views over the town.

There are 3 bedrooms all are a great size with the master bedroom housing a super kingsize bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, shelves and a TV. The 2 smaller bedrooms both have twin beds, wardrobes and bedside tables and lamps. The bathroom has a full size bath with an overhead shower, toilet and bidet.

The fully fitted kitchen is seperate from the living area and has all modern equipment including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all crockery and cutlery.

The linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The main marina and beaches are only a short walk away as are the local shops and bars this apartment is located very convieniently as everything is on your doorstep.

Low season(Nov-Feb): 375 euros per week

Mid season(March-May & Sept-Oct): 475 euros per week

High season(june-Aug): 575 euros per week

 Available for long term rental a minimum of 6 months only at the rate of 450 euros per month plus the bills of electric and water

A 20% deposit will secure your weeks with full payment expected 4 weeks before you arrive.

On arrival you will need to pay 75 euros for the final clean and the security deposit of 150 euros which is refunded to you upon departure and a satisfactory inspection
