This lovely apartment on the second floor is decorated to a high standard.  It is on the prestigious La Torre Golf Resort and is only a few minutes walk from the golf club house, supermarket and all the other resort shops and restaurants as well the Intercontinental hotel.  The apartment being a corner unit offers a good-sized terrace to dine out in the evening and offers good views around the resort and surrounding area of Murcia. The resort is calm and tranquil and offers peace of mind being protected by an efficient security service.  There are thirteen swimming pools on the resort to try out.



The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, with a washing machine and dishwasher, there is a fridge/freezer and microwave and all the utensils you would require.  The lounge contains a 32-inch flat screen TV, satellite showing English / Spanish channels and a DVD player. A two seated leather sofa bed (can sleep two) and two leather armchairs with a coffee table and sideboard.  Bedroom one with your choice of comfortable double bed or two single beds.  This bedroom has doors that lead to the terrace, fitted wardrobes with hangers and bedside cupboard.  Bedroom two with two comfortable single beds, bedside cupboard, fitted wardrobe and hangers.  Separate bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower unit.



Car parking is available underground in a secured gated area. (Security deposit of 70 Euros Required for remote key).

The terrace is very large due to the corner position of this apartment, giving you views over the golf course, the mountains of Murcia, and the children's play area. There is a dining table, canopy, six chairs and two loungers.

Please be advised that there is a 60 Euro departure cleaning fee payable on arrival, and a security deposit of 100 Euros refundable on departure.
