2 bedroom 1 bathroom top floor apartment with stunning sea views located in the exclusive resort of Mojon Hills. Close to the blue flag beaches of Isla Plana, Mazarron and Bolnuevo.
The apartment consists of an open plan living room diner with modern furniture and plenty of seating for 4 people with a double sofa bed. The kitchen comes complete with washing machine, oven hob and extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster as well as all crockery and cutlery. The apartment is fully airconditioned with can be used for an extra 20 euros per week.
There is one double bedroom with built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps and also a twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, lamp and built in wardrobes both bedrooms have sea views. All your bed linen and inside towels are provided for the duration of your stay. There is one bathroom with a large shower cubicle, toilet and bidet.
Outside the apartments have a good size terrace with table and chairs for outside dining which is a must in the summer and spectacular views of the sea and surrounding mountains
Low season (nov-Feb): 350 euros per week
Mid season ( March- May & Sept- Oct) : 450 euros per week
High season (June- Aug): 550 euros per week
A 20% deposit will secure your dates with full payment required 4 weeks before you arrive
On arrival you will need to pay in addition a 50 euros fee for the final clean and a security deposit of 150 euros which is returned to you upon a satisfactory departure check.
