The apartment is well furnished and equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including fridge freezer, washing machine, oven hob extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery and cutlery. The open plan lounge/diner has ample seating for 4 people and a table and 4 chairs for dining as well as entertainment centre of TV with UK & Spanish free view channels, CD & DVD player.

There are 2 double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps both rooms come with all linen included for your stay and the master bedroom has airconditioned installed. There is one family bathroom with a large walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

The beaches are only a few minutes walk away and there are many local bars, restaurants and cafes that offer a wide variety of foods to cater for all tastes. The new marina is only a 15 minute walk where there are  further shops, cafes, bars and restaurants with palm tree lined walk ways and many boats and water activities like scuba diving, sailing, boat hire and regular boat excursions.

May : 300 euros per week

June: 350 euros per week

July: 450 euros per week

August: 500 euros per week

September: 400 euros per week

There are discounts given for 2 weeks booked and also longer periods like whole months please request the price for longer than 1 week stay

You will need to pay a 20% deposit to book your weeks and the balance is required 4 weeks before you arrive on arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 150 euros and a 50 euro cleaning charge. The security deposit is refunded to you on a satisfactory exit inspection
