The open plan lounge/diner is moderly furnished with agood sized sofa and 2 armchairs, TV with European satelite channels, DVD player, portable music player, fireplace, ceiling fan and air con. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably with an open serving arch to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including washing machine, fridge freezer, oven hob extractor, microwave, coffee maker and all crockery and cutlery.

There are 2 bedrooms both with single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps with 2 bathrooms one with full bath and the other with a shower cubicle.

Outside there is a great sized garden and private pool with seperate eating area and sun loungers. Upstairs is a large roof solarium with great views ot the golf course.

Low season(nov-feb): 350 euros per week

Mid season(March-May & Sept-Oct): 450 euros per week

High season(June-Aug): 600 euros per week

 The price excludes a final departure charge of 90 euros which is payable on arrival
