All the linen and towels for use in the villa are provided, however you will need to bring beach towels for use at the pool.

The villa has air conditioning so is great for the chilly winter nights or balmy hot summer evenings. There are units in the lounge and master bedroom and you will have the option to include the airconditioning in your rental at an additional fee.

There is a rooftop solarium with sunloungers, parasol and table and chairs for you to enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The gated communal pool is only 50 yards away. The villa is fitted with fly screens and metal security rejas on the windows and doors.

The villa has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom to comfortably sleep 4 . The bathroom has an over bath shower. You will find a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, hair dryer & iron. You have on street parking and it is 2 minutes walk to local shops and bars and 5 minutes drive to 18 hole golf course. The beach is a 20 minute drive away.

The small garden at the side of the villa is gravelled with high walls. There is a wooden table and chairs with a parasol as this area does get very hot and sunny in the mid to late afternoon in the summer.

Low sesaon - Nov - Feb : 180 euros per week

Mid season - march/May & Sept/oct : 220 euros per week

High season June/aug: 250 euros per week

20% deposit will secure your weeks and full paymenr expected 4 weeks before you arrive

On arrival a final clean charge of 50 euros is payable and a refundable security deposit of 150 euros
