There is a communal roof terrace which has fantastic views of the beach and bay at Isla plana and also an underground parking space for your use.

Low season(nov.feb): 250 euros per week

Mid season(March-May & Sept-Oct): 300 euros per week

High season(June-Aug): 375 euros per week

There is also a final clean charge of 50 euros payable on arrival
